Azzi Fudd Returns to UConn, Set to Dominate
Star guard Azzi Fudd returns to UConn, choosing to forgo the 2025 WNBA Draft and continue her collegiate journey in Storrs, Connecticut.
Fudd explained, “I want to work on everything I need to work on and take my game to a new level.”
A prolific shooter, Fudd has battled numerous injuries during her time at UConn. While she missed a few non-conference games early this season, she has since played consistently and been a key contributor for the Huskies, averaging 13.4 points per game and shooting an impressive 48.6% from the field and 45.3% from beyond the arc.
