Player Profile
Adja Kane is a 6-3 forward prospect committed to SMU. She is a high-motor rebounder and defensive disruptor who runs the floor well in transition and hunts second-chance putbacks. While her perimeter game is developing, her clean shooting mechanics point to long-term face-up upside.
Kane was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2025 WNBA Draft by the New York Liberty, then later selected by the Toronto Tempo in the 2026 Expansion Draft. She has committed to playing for the SMU Mustangs for the 26-27 basketball season. The Tempo still retain her draft rights.
